COVID-19 Appointment Checklist

Please make sure that you adhere to all the check points below before coming to your appointment.

(1) There are no COVID-19 symptoms in your household.

 

(2) No one in your household is awaiting a COVID-19 test result.

 

(3) You or anyone within your household has travelled outside of Nova Scotia or to

the HRM in the last two weeks.

 

(4) You or anyone in your household haven't had any close contact to

teachers, students or staff at NKEC. 

 

Safety Guidelines

Everything you need to know when visiting our Salon

Customers are encouraged to visit the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia and the Reopening Nova Scotia websites before visiting the salon for more important information and resources as the Province prepares to reopen for business.

 

Social Distancing measures are in Full Affect

No more than 10 people are allowed in the salon at one time.

 

Sanitation Certification

All stylists have been certified in proper sanitation and disinfection practices.

 

Masks are Mandatory
We kindly ask you to bring your own; however, masks will be available for purchase in the salon for a minimal fee

 

Waiting Area will be Closed
Guests are asked to show up at the time of their appointment and wait outside. They will be greeted by a stylist upon their arrival

 

Guests must come Alone

Guests are not permitted to bring anyone into the salon with them.

 

Walk-in Appointments No Longer Accepted

No Food or Drink Allowed in Salon

We will not be offering coffee, tea or other drinks. Drinking requires removal of the face mask, which then must be replaced with a new one. Please do not bring your own.

 

Bathroom will be closed indefinitely 

 

Appointments will be Staggered

to allow the continuation of social distancing

 

Stylist Stations

will be sanitized in-between each appointment

 

Purchasing Products

Guests are asked not to touch any of the products or samples on display. A stylist will be more than happy to grab the item for you

 

Touch-less Payment Options

Refrain from using cash and use debit/credit tap if possible

 

We would like to thank all our customers for being patient with us during this difficult time. We know that this is an unusual experience, but we thank you for being understanding and taking our safety precautions seriously.
